ORDINANCE NO. 4489
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE
BY: ADDING SUBSECTION (27a) HUMMINGBIRD
CIRCLE TO SECTION 582 , TRUCK TRAFFIC
PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (27a) Hummingbird Circle is hereby added to
Section 582 , Truck Traffic Prohibited on Certain Streets, of the
2000 Traffic Code, as follows :
(27a) Hummingbird Circle From Sarah Drive to Southtown Drive
INTRODUCED: July 2, 2001
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: July 2 , 2001
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: July 9, 2001
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: July 9, 2001
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 9th day of July, 2001, and approved by the
Mayor on the 11th day of July, 2001 .
