ORDINANCE NO. 4491
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SECTION 553A, NO PARKING HERE TO
CORNER MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 553A, No Parking Here to Corner Monday Through
Friday is hereby added to the 2000 Traffic Code as follows :
SEC. 553A. NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person
shall park any vehicle between the corner and a sign designating
"No Parking Here to Corner" Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 a.m.
to 4 : 00 p.m. upon any of the streets or portions thereof as
named herein:
SIDE OF STREET AND BLOCK WHERE PARKING
STREET IS PROHIBITED
(1) Rath Street North side in the 400 block in an easterly
direction from Court Avenue
