ORDINANCE NO. 4496
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. THREE
HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 325, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Twenty-
six (326) .
"326 .
Unplatted Waterloo East Part Northwest 1/ Section 11
Township 89 Range 13 commencing at Southwest corner
said Northwest 14 thence East 33 feet to East right-of-
way line Burton Avenue for point of beginning thence
North 909 . 52 feet thence North 89°36' 05" East 595 feet
thence South 915 . 70 feet thence North 89°48 ' 12" West
594 . 99 feet to point of beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M2-P" Planned
Heavy Industrial District and "M-1" Light Industrial District, be
and the same is hereby zoned as "R-1" Residence District as above
described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
