AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE 20
FOOT SANITARY SEWER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHERN SIDE OF
4416 REFLECTION LANE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
A part of Lot 5, Guernsey Park First Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows :
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5;
thence North 00°00' 48" West along the West line of said
Lot 5 a distance of 124 . 39 feet to the South line of
platted easement; thence South 66°32 ' 32" East a
distance of 57 . 70 feet; thence North 90°00' 00" East a
distance of 8 . 98 feet to the point of beginning; thence
North 16°36' 38" East a distance of 9 . 72 feet; thence
South 73°23 ' 22" East a distance of 32 . 58 feet; thence
South 90°00' 00" West a distance of 34 . 00 feet to the
point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
The West line of Lot 5 is assumed to bear North 00°00 ' 48 "
West .
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
