ORDINANCE NO. 4504
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE :
BY ADDING SECTION 571A, NO PARKING 8 : 00 A.M.
TO 4 : 00 P.M. DURING SCHOOL; AND BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION (27a) EASLEY STREET FROM SECTION
553 , NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Section 571A, No Parking 8 : 00 A.M. to 4 : 00 P.M. During
School, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby added as follows :
SEC. 571A. NO PARKING 8 : 00 A.M. TO 4 : 00 P.M. DURING SCHOOL.
When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof,
giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours
of 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday during school
within the district and upon any of the streets or portions
thereof as named herein:
STREET PORTION WHERE PARKING PROHIBITED
(1) Easley Street Both sides from 2301 Easley Street to
2225 Easley Street
(2) Touchae Street Both sides from 2210 Touchae Street to
2157 Touchae Street
That Subsection (27a) Easley Street of Section 553 , No
Parking Here To Corner, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed.
