ORDINANCE NO. 4506
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED BEHIND PROPERTY AT 915 WEST
4TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of the 20 foot wide alley as platted in Block
1 of Johnson' s Addition that lies Northwesterly of a
line drawn from the Southeasterly corner of Lot 14
Block 1 of said addition to the Southwesterly corner of
Lot 13 Block 1 said addition, and Southeasterly of a
line drawn from the Northeasterly corner of Lot 14
Block 1 of said addition to the Northwesterly corner of
Lot 13 Block 1 said addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
