ORDINANCE NO. 4507
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. THREE
HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT TO SECTION 2A-5,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 327, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Twenty-
eight (328) .
"328 .
The North 89 feet of Lot 33 , Dixon Place First
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Residence
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4" Multiple
Residence District as above described subject to the following
conditions :
1 . That the area must be a parking lot and cannot change
to other uses in the "R-4" District without returning
to the planning commission.
2 . That the applicants provide a detailed landscaping plan
that shows location, spacing, and type of landscaping,
to be approved by staff prior to installation. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
