AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (1) TO 567, TWO HOUR
PARKING-BETWEEN 8 : 00 A.M. AND 6 : 00 P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (1) Fifth Street West of Section 567, Two
Hour Parking-Between 8 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 p.m. , of the 2000
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed as follows :
(1) Fifth Street West East side in the 1200 block
INTRODUCED: September 24 , 2001
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: September 24 , 2001
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 1, 2001
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 8, 2001
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 8th day of October, 2001 and approved by the
Mayor on the 10th day of Otober, 2001 .
