ORDINANCE NO. 4516
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 93 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 92, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Ninety-three (93) .
"93 .
A part of the vacated part of West San Marnan Drive
right-of-way adjacent to said Lot No. 2 , in the
Northeast Quarter of Section No. 9, Township No. 88
North, Range No. 13 West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 2 ;
thence North 00°56' 12" East 20 . 00 feet; thence South
89°03 ' 48" East parallel with the North line of said Lot
No. 2 258 . 97 feet; thence South 00°56' 12" West 20 . 00
feet to the North line of said Lot No. 2 ; thence North
89°03 ' 48" West along the North line of said Lot No. 2
258 . 97 feet to the point of beginning, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
The North line of said Lot No. 2 is assumed to bear
North 89°03 ' 48" West;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-Z" ,
Conditional Zoning District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.

the Mayor on the 17th day of October, 2001 .
