ORDINANCE NO. 4517
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE
BY: ADDING SUBSECTION (6a) CORNWALL AVENUE TO
SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS; AND ADDING
SUBSECTION (3a) CORNWALL AVENUE TO SECTION
546, YIELD INTERSECTIONS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (6a) Cornwall Aveue is hereby added to
Section 545, Yield Streets, of the 2000 Traffic Code, as follows :
(6a) Cornwall Avenue From W. 11th Street to Oregon Street
That Subsection (3a) Cornwall Avenue is hereby added to
Section 546, Yield Intersections, of the 2000 Traffic Code, as
follows :
(3a) Cornwall Avenue At Amherst Avenue
INTRODUCED: October 15, 2001
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: October 15, 2001
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: October 15, 2001
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: October 15, 2001
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 15th day of October, 2001 and approved by
the Mayor on the 17th day of October, 2001 .
