AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE NORTH-
SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
GREENHILL ROAD NEAR THE WOULD BE INTERSECTION
OF FIELD STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
/ as follows :
That part of Greenhill Road in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Southeast (SE) corner of Parcel "A" of
the Northwest Quarter (NW'A) of Section Twenty-one (21) ,
Township Eighty-nine North (T89N) , Range Thirteen West
(R13W) , Black Hawk County, Iowa, as recorded in Misc .
338, Page 827, at the Black Hawk County, Iowa,
Recorders Office thence North 00°00' 00" One Hundred
Twenty-seven and Sixty Hundredths (127 . 60) feet along
the Easterly line of said Parcel "A" , said East line
also being the West right-of-way line of Greenhill
Road; thence North 09°15' 43" East Two Hundred Twenty-
five and Fifty-four Hundredths (225 . 54) feet along said
right-of-way line; thence South 00°02 ' 57" East Two
Hundred Twenty-two and Thirty-four Hundredths (222 . 34)
feet; thence South 08°08' 01" West One Hundred Twenty-
nine and Twenty-two Hundredths (129 . 22) feet to the
Northeast Corner (NE) of Lot Twenty-five (25) in
