AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE 25 FOOT PLATTED
BUILDING LINE TO 10 FEET FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG INGERSOLL ROAD AT
EDGEWOOD DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The building line as platted along the northeasterly
line of Lot 69 of Central Heights Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby reduced from 25 feet to 10 feet .
