ORDINANCE NO. 4529
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 8 , MASSAGE
ESTABLISHMENTS AND MASSAGE TECHNICIANS, OF
TITLE 3 , BUSINESS AND LICENSE REGULATIONS,
OF THE 2001 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Chapter 8, Massage Establishments and Massage
Technicians, of Title 3 , Business and License Regulations, of
the 2001 Code of Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
hereby repealed in its entirety.
INTRODUCED: December 3 , 2001
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: December 3 , 2001
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: December 3 , 2001
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: December 3 , 2001
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 3rd day of December, 2001, and approved by
the Mayor on the 5th day of December, 2001 .
