ORDINANCE NO. 4532 AN ORDINANCE DIVIDING THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, INTO WARDS AND PRECINCTS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 4502 . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1 . REPEALING. That Ordinance No. 4502, and all other ordinances, or parts thereof of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 2 . WARDS . That the territory embraced within the City limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be divided into five (5) wards, to be called the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Wards, the boundaries of said wards are hereby established and defined and set out in Sections 3 , 4 , 5, 6 and 7 of this ordinance . Section 3 . FIRST WARD. That the territory embraced within the various wards within the city limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and that part of the unincorporated Township known as East Waterloo Township Precinct 2 be divided into precincts to be known as the 1St precinct of the 1st Ward, the 2nd precinct of the 1st Ward, the 3rd precinct of the 1st Ward, the 4th precinct of the 1St Ward, the 5th precinct of the 1st Ward and the 6th precinct of the 1St Ward; and the 1st precinct of the 2nd Ward, the 2nd precinct of the 2nd Ward, the 3rd precinct of the 2nd Ward, the 4th precinct of the 2nd Ward, the 5th precinct of the 2nd Ward and the 6th precinct of the 2nd Ward; and the 1st precinct of the 3rd Ward, the 2nd precinct of the 3rd Ward, the 3rd precinct of the 3rd Ward, the 4th precinct of the 3rd Ward, the 5th precinct of the 3rd Ward and the 6th precinct of the 3rd Ward; and the 1st precinct of the 4th Ward, the 2nd precinct of the 4th Ward, the 3rd precinct of the 4th Ward, the 4th precinct of the 4th Ward, the 5th precinct of the 4th Ward and the 6th precinct of the 4th Ward; and the 1st precinct of the 5th Ward, the 2nd precinct of the 5th Ward, the 3rd precinct of the 5th Ward, the 4th Rrecinct of the 5th Ward, the 5th precinct of the 5th Ward and the 6 precinct of the 5th Ward.
