ORDINANCE NO. 4536
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (25) CADILLAC DRIVE
OF SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (25) CADILLAC
DRIVE OF SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (25) Cadillac Drive of Section 543 , Thru
Streets, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (25) Cadillac Drive of Section
543 , Thru Streets, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows :
(25) Cadillac Drive From Woodcrest Drive to Lambeth
Road
INTRODUCED: January 28, 2002
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: January 28, 2002
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: January 28, 2002
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: January 28, 2002
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 28th day of January, 2002 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 30th day of January, 2002 .
