AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE
BY: REPEALING SUBSECTION (382) SYCAMORE STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (382) SYCAMORE STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND REPEALING
SUBSECTION (13) SYCAMORE STREET OF SECTION
563 , ONE HOUR PARKING; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (13) SYCAMORE STREET
OF SECTION 563 , ONE HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (382) Sycamore Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2000 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(382) Sycamore Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(382) Sycamore Street Both sides from Thompson Avenue to
the northwesterly end of Sycamore
Street; southwest side from E. 6th
to E. 11th; northeast side from Elm
to Division; southwest side from
Division to Dunham Place; southwest
side from E. 1st to E. 2nd;
northeast side in 300, 400, 500, 700
and 1400 blocks; southwest side in
500 and 600 blocks
That Subsection (13) Sycamore Street of Section 563 , One Hour
Parking, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (13) Sycamore Street of Section
563 , One Hour Parking, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows :
(13) Sycamore St . Northeast side from E . 6th to E .
7th; northeast side in the 1300
block; southwest side from Elm to
Division
