AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (86a) KERN STREET
TO SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (86a) Kern Street of Section 543 , Thru
Streets, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby added as follows :
(86a) Kern Street From Avon Avenue to Grandview
Avenue
INTRODUCED: March 18, 2002
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: March 18, 2002
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: March 25, 2002
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: March 25, 2002
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 25th day of March 2002 and approved by the
Mayor on the 27th day of March 2002 .
