AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE
BY: ADDING SUBSECTIONS (l2a) JONATHAN STREET
AND (2la) NICKI STREET TO SECTION 545, YIELD
STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsections (l2a) Jonathan Street and (21a) Nicki
Street are hereby added to Section 545, Yield Streets, of the
2000 Traffic Code, as follows :
(12a) Jonathan Street San Marnan Drive to south end of
Jonathan Street
(21a) Nicki Street San Marnan Drive to south end of
Nicki Street
INTRODUCED: March 25, 2002
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: March 25, 2002
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: March 25, 2002
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: March 25, 2002
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 25th day of March 2002 and approved by the
Mayor on the 27th day of March 2002 .
