RESOLUTION NO. 2019-406
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING DA 1'E
OF BID OPENINGS AS JUNE 27, 2019 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS JULY 1, 2019, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
TERMINAL BUILDING CARPET, LED LIGHTING AND
IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 91190AL0200, AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. That the preliminary, plans, specifications form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the Terminal Building Carpet, LED Lighting and Improvements, Project No. 9I190AL0200,
are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Terminal Building Carpet, LED
Lighting and Improvements, Project No. 9I190AL0200, be scheduled for June 27, 2019 at 1:00
p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st day of July 2019, to hold a
public hearing, in conjunction with the Terminal Building Carpet, LED Lighting and
Improvements, Project No. 9I190AL0200.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
