RESOLUTION NO. 2019-413
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 JEFFERSON AND
COMMERCIAL STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS,
CONTRACT NO. 976.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Jefferson and Commercial Streetscape Improvements, Contract
No. 976, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the FY 2019 Jefferson and Commercial Streetscape Improvements, Contract
No. 976, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 3, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2019 Jefferson and Commercial Streetscape Improvements, Contract No. 976, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2019.
