RESOLUTION NO. 2019-416
RESOLUTION APPROVING A $30,000 GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE OTTO SCHOITZ FOUNDATION AND THE CITY OF
WATERLOO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR REPAIRS TO
EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY OWNER OCCUPIED HOMES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the grant agreement dated June 3, 2019, in the amount of $30,000, between the Otto Schoitz
Foundation and the City of Waterloo Community Development, for repairs to existing single
family owner occupied homes, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2019.
