RESOLUTION NO. 2019-422
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF MMS
CONSULTANTS, INC., ON THE BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 4, A FOUR
LOT INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED EAST OF 1994
NEWELL STREET.
WHEREAS, on this 3rd day of June 2019, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of the Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 4, a four lot
industrial subdivision located east of 1994 Newell Street, was presented for approval by MMS
Consultants, Inc., on the behalf of the City of Waterloo, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by
the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on February 5, 2019, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of
this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat submitted by MMS Consultants, Inc., on the behalf of
the City of Waterloo, a four lot industrial subdivision located east of 1994 Newell Street, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2019.
