RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN SECTION
11-3-2 PRELIMINARY PLATS AND SECTION 11-3-3 FINAL PLATS,
RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MINOR PLAT OF SURVEY
OF PARCEL "G" LOCATED WEST OF 3070 W. AIRLINE HIGHWAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 11-3-2, Preliminary
Plats, and Section 11-3-3 Final Plats, relating to the approval of the Minor Plat of Survey of
Parcel "G" located west of 3070 W. Airline Highway, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2019.
