RESOLUTION NO. 2019-424
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF MMS CONSULTANTS,
INC., ON THE BEHALF OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, TO
APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT OF NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK
PLAT NO. 4, A THREE LOT INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED
EAST OF 1994 NEWELL STREET.
WHEREAS, on this 3rd day of June 2019, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 4, a three lot
industrial subdivision located east of 1994 Newell Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on May 7, 2019, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, the Final Plat of MMS Consultants, Inc., on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the Final Plat of Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 4, a three lot industrial
subdivision located east of 1994 Newell Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2019.
