RESOLUTION NO. 2019-252
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH FUSION INVESTMENTS, LLC, FOR THE
OVERALL DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE
CEDAR VALLEY CROSSING, A TEN LOT
COMMERCIAL/LIGHT INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION,
INCLUDING TAX REBATES OF A MINIMUM OF $40,000
PER YEAR UP TO A MAXIMUM GRANT OF $1,200,000,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Development Agreement dated April 15, 2019, between Fusion Investments, LLC and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the overall development of infrastructure of the Cedar Valley
Crossing, a ten lot commercial/light industrial subdivision, including tax rebates of a minimum
of $40,000 per year up to a maximum grant of $1,200,000, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2019.
