ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 81 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 80, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Eighty-One (81) .
"81 .
Gates Park Place, Lot 10 Block 1 except West 2 feet, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"R-2" One and Two Family Residence District/"C-Z" , Conditional
Zoning as above described, subject to the following conditions:
1 . The business will maintain the same standard of
operation as it exists to date including:
a) no outside storage
b) business operation by applicant only
c) all business taking place in said garage
d) to keep the normal business hours of
1) 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 :30 p.m. Monday through
Friday
2) 9 : 00 a.m. to 12 :00 p.m. Saturday (some
longer Saturdays in summer peak season)
e) locations of wall signs shall remain the same
and will be limited to the existing 15ft2
divided between the north and east sides of
said garage
2 . The business will remove all waste oil in a timely and
proper manner.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
