AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF RICKER
STREET GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN HEWITT AND
WARNEKA STREETS AND THE ABUTTING ALLEY WITHIN
LOT 2 OF WARNEKA' S ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That portion of Ricker Street lying east of the east line of
Hewitt Street extended, and west of the west line of Warneka
Street extended; and all of the north-south alley in Block 2,
Warneka' s Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the described
parcel .

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: February 9, 1998
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: February 9, 1998
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: February 9, 1998
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 9th day of February, 1998, and approved by
the Mayor on the 11th dayof February, 1998 .
