ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 82 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 81, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Eighty-Two (82) .
"82 .
Soash Park, Lot 16, Block 3, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"R-2 " One and Two Family Residence District/"C-Z" , Conditional
Zoning as above described, subject to the following conditions :
1 . All permitted uses within "R-2" District plus office
uses - excluding medical and dental offices .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
