BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 304, of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Five (305) . "305 .
