EAST-WEST ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED IN BLOCK 8
OF MAYWOOD' S 2m FILING, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The twenty foot (20 ' ) East-West alley as platted in Block 8
of Auditor Rainbow' s Plat of Maywood Second Filing in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the described
parcel .
