BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described fourteen platted streets and twenty alleys generally located in Riverview Addition described as follows : Kenyon Avenue from Southeasterly of the Southeasterly line of Lot 21 Block 2 extended across Kenyon Avenue and North of the North line of Huron Street as platted. Hawthorne Avenue East of the West line of Clinton Street and West of the Southwesterly line of Kenyon Avenue as platted. Byron Avenue East of the West line of Power Street and West of the West line of Mendota Street as platted. Huron Street (formerly Cornell Avenue) East of the East line of Clinton Street and West of the East line of Henderson Street as platted. Power Street from the North line of Byron Avenue to the South line of Hawthorne Avenue. Power Street from the North line of Huron Street extended Westerly to the West line of Clinton Street extended Southerly. Clinton Street South of the South line of Hawthorne Avenue and North of the Mill Race as platted. Winona Street North of the North line of Huron Street and South of the South line of Hawthorne Avenue. Mendota Street North of the North line of Huron Street and South of the Southwesterly line of Kenyon Avenue. Galena Street North of the North line of Huron Street and South of the Southwesterly line of Kenyon Avenue . Boise Street North of the North line of Mitchell Avenue and South of the Southwesterly line of Kenyon Avenue . And also; The North-South alleys as platted in Blocks 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 39, 40 and 52 . And also; The East-West alley as platted between Block 12 and Block 52 . And also; The curved alley adjacent to Block 53 and adjacent to and partially included in Block 13 that lies Easterly of the East line of Leota Street and Northerly of the North line of Mitchell Avenue. Atlanta Street (formerly Wyoming Street) North of the North line of Easton Avenue and South of the South line of Long Street . The North-South alley in Block 55 . The North-South alley in Block 74 . And also; Galena Street North of the Northeasterly line of Power Street and South of the South line of Easton Avenue. Atlanta Street (formerly Wyoming Street) North of the North line of Howard Avenue and South of the South line of Easton Avenue. Howard Avenue East of the Northeasterly line of Power Street and West of the West line of Galena Street . The North-South alley in Block 92 . The North-South alley in Block 95 . The North-South alley in Block 100 . All in the Riverview Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; shall be and the same are hereby vacated.
