ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 83 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 82 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Eighty-three (83) .
"83 .
Calumet Addition, Lot 6 Block 4, 137 ' west side of lot
- 49 ' north side of lot - 83 . 7 ' south side of lot -
137 ' east side of lot, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" , Multiple
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-
2 , C-Z" , Conditional Zoning District as above described" Subject
to the following conditions :
1 . Required screening from residential areas on the west
and south sides.
2 . No employee parking on site.
3 . The site will comply with all applicable regulations
regarding the storage of the chemicals involved in the
lawn care business .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
