AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE THREE FOOT PORTION
OF RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST
SIDE OF GRAY STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described right-of-way:
Part of the South one-half (1/2) of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 35 Township 89 Range 13 described as
follows :
The three-foot (3 ' ) strip adjoining the East line of Gray
Street (formerly platted as Martha Street in Sunset Hills
Addition to Waterloo) lying Southerly of the North line of
Lot 10 Sunset Hills extended Easterly, and Northerly of the
North line of Lot 46 Sunset Hills extended Easterly, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: April 13, 1998
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: April 13 , 1998
