AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF WATER
STREET GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN EAST 4TH AND
EAST 5TH STREETS AND ABUTTING ALLEY WITHIN LOT
10 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That portion of the Forty-nine and One-Half foot (49 . 5 ' )
platted right-of-way known as Water Street lying
southeasterly of the northwesterly line of East 4th Street
and northwesterly of the northwesterly line of East Stn
Street; all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a temporary access easement over, under, above, and
across the northwesterly Ninety Five feet (95 ' ) of the above
description.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: April 20, 1998
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: April 27, 1998
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: April 27, 1998
