AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE PLATTED BUILDING
LINE FROM 75 FEET TO 25 FEET FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG TEXAS STREET IN
BERTCH FIRST ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following platted building line:
Lot No. Seven (7) , Lot No. Eight (8) , and Lot No. Nine (9) ,
in Bertch First Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby reduced from 75 feet to 25 feet .
