WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
THE LOT LINES BETWEEN LOTS 8 AND 9 OF BERTCH
FIRST ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described twenty (20) foot wide utility
easement :
The existing twenty foot (20 ' ) wide platted easement
that lies adjacent to the Northwesterly line of Lot 8,
Bertch First Addition, to the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
