BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
All of the sixteen foot (16 ' ) wide East-West alley
as platted in Block 15 of Linden Place to the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
