ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 84 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 83, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Eighty-four (84) .
"84 .
Lot 12 Block 34 Hagerman Place Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One & Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-
2/C-Z" , Conditional Zoning as above described" subject to the
following conditions :
1 . The development be constructed in accordance with the
parking and landscaping regulations of the City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance.
2 . The development is designed and constructed with proper
drainage and said drainage plan is approved by the City
Engineer of the City of Waterloo.
3 . The development is effectively screened from the
abutting residential property in accordance with the
regulations of the City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed, to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
