COUNTY, IOWA;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described utility easement :
THE 8 FOOT PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE
SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF LOT 26, WEST RIDGE
ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, STATE OF IOWA;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
