BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (2) WESTFIELD AVENUE
OF SECTION 560, 30 MINUTE PARKING; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (15) WESTFIELD AVENUE
OF SECTION 563, ONE HOUR PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED By the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsections (53) Fifth Street (W) , (54) First Street (W) ,
(58) Fourth Street (E) , (59) Fourth Street (W) , and (138 ) Sixth
Street of Section 543, Thru Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code,
are hereby repealed in their entirety; that new Subsections (53)
Fifth Street (W) , (54) First Street (W) , (58) Fourth Street (E) ,
(59) Fourth Street (W) , and (138) Sixth Street of Section 543,
Thru Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, are hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows :
(53) Fifth Street (W) Cedar River to Williston Avenue except
for signals at northbound Washington
Street, southbound Washington Street,
Locust Street, and Bayard Street
(54 ) First Street (W) Cedar River to Locust Street except for
signals at Jefferson Street and at
Commercial Street
(58) Fourth Street (E) Cedar River to Donald Street except for
MiSC signals at Sycamore Street, Lafayette

(53a) First Street (E) Cedar River to Franklin Street except
for signals at Sycamore Street,
Lafayette Street, Mulberry Street, and
Franklin Street
That Subsection (27) Sixth Street (W) of Section 545, Yield
Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (27 ) Sixth Street (W) of Section
545, Yield Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows :
(27) Sixth Street (W) Wellington Street to Williston Avenue
except for stop at Allen Street;
Mitchell Avenue to Easton Avenue
That Subsection (414) Westfield Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1996 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(414 ) Westfield Avenue of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(414) Westfield Avenue Both sides from River Road to Conger
Street
That Subsection (2) Westfield Avenue of Section 560, 30 Minute
Parking, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
That Subsection (16) Westfield Avenue of Section 563, One Hour
Parking, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
