AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE BY
ADDING SUBSECTION (17) DONALD ST. (E) TO
SECTION 582, TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON
CERTAIN STREETS DURING MEMORIAL DAY AND LABOR
DAY EACH YEAR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (17) Donald St . (E) of Section 582, Truck
Traffic Prohibited on Certain Streets from Memorial Day through
Labor Day each year, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby added as
follows :
(17) Donald St. (E) Logan to Easterly city limits
INTRODUCED: July 13, 1998
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: July 13 , 1998
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: July 13 , 1998
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: July 13 , 1998
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 13th day of July, 1998, and approved by the
Mayor on the 15th day of July, 1998 .
