REPEALING SUBSECTION (17) DYSART ROAD OF SECTION 541 ,
INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (17) DYSART ROAD OF SECTION

REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (35) BLACK HAWK ROAD, (73) CORNWALL
AVENUE, (397) VERMONT STREET OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTIONS (35) BLACK HAWK ROAD, (73)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
Iowa :
That Subsection (17) Dysart Road of Section 541, Increasing
Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is
hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection (17)
Dysart Road of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain
Areas, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows :
(17) Dysart Road - from Shaulis Rd. to the southern
corporate limits 35 mph
That Subsections (35) Black Hawk Road, (73) Cornwall Avenue,
and (397) Vermont Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at
All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, are
hereby repealed in their entirety; that new Subsections (35)
Black Hawk Road, (73) Cornwall Avenue, and (397) Vermont Street
of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain
Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, are hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows :
(35) Black Hawk Rd. Southeast side from Ansborough Avenue
to the flood dike; northeast side from Downing to
Ansborough Avenue; southeast side from Downing Avenue
to Fletcher Avenue

That Subsections (82a) Ranchero Road and (106) W. Third
Street of Section 553 , No Parking Here to Corner, of the 1996
Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their entirety; that new
Subsections (82a) Ranchero Road and (106) W. Third Street of
Section 553 , No Parking Here to Corner, of the 1996 Traffic Code,
are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(82a) Ranchero Road South side in a southwesterly direction
from Sergeant Road

Clough Street; southeast side in the 1000 block in a
southwesterly direction from Locust Street ; northwest
