ORDINANCE NO. 4318
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EIGHT FOOT DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED IN LOT 25 OF WEST RIDGE ADDITION, ALL
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted drainage and utility
easement :
The eight (8) foot drainage and utility easement lying
Southwesterly of and adjacent to the Northeasterly line
of Lot 25 West Ridge Addition and lying Northwesterly
of line eight (8) foot Northwesterly of and parallel to
the Southeasterly line of said Lot, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: July 27, 1998
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: July 27, 1998
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: July 27, 1998
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: July 27, 1998
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 27th day of July, 1998 and approved by the
Mayor on the 29th day of July, 1998 .
