ORDINANCE NO. 4319 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 308 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 307, of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Eight (308) . "308 . Lot Nos. 3, 4, and 5 in Sturdy Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" , Multiple Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4" , Multiple Residence District as above described, subject to the following conditions : 1 . That the parking area be screened from adjacent residential uses and that the lighting be oriented so as to shine away from adjacent residential uses. 2 . That the building material be compatible with the surrounding neighborhood properties . Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of slack Hawk County, Iowa.
