ORDINANCE NO. 4324
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (183) IRVING STREET
AND (215) LARK LANE OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS;
AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTIONS
(183) IRVING STREET AND (215) LARK LANE OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsections (183) Irving Street and (215) Lark Lane of
Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets,
of the 1996 Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their entirety;
that new Subsections (183) Irving Street and (215) Lark Lane of
Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets,
of the 1996 Traffic Code, are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows :
(183) Irving Street West side from Glenwood Street to
Franklin Street, except for a one-
hour zone in a northerly direction
from Franklin Street
(215) Lark Lane South side from Scott Avenue to
east end of Lark Lane
