ORDINANCE NO. 4325
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 309 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 308, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Nine
(309) .
"309.
That part of the Southwest Quarter (SWk) of Section
Five (5) , Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) , Range
Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows :
Beginning at a point of the West line of the Southwest
Quarter (SWk) of said Section Five (5) which is Eight
Hundred Thirty-seven and Forty-two Hundredths (837 . 42)
feet South of the Northwest corner of said Southwest
Quarter (SWk) ; thence S 89°49' 15" E Five Hundred Forty
and Forty-four Hundredths (504 . 44) feet to the
Northwest line of West Fourth Street; thence S 48°46' 30"
W along said Northwesterly line Six Hundred Seventy-six
and One Tenth (676. 1.) feet to the West line of said
Southwest Quarter (SW14) ; thence North along said West
line Four Hundred Forty-seven and Two Tenths (447 . 2)
feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 . 58 acres.
Also, that part of the Southeast Quarter (SE k) of
Section Six (6) , Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) ,
Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows:
All of the Northeast Quarter (NE k) of said Southeast
Quarter (SEk) lying Southeasterly of a line which is
Nine Hundred Forty-four and Seven Tenths (944 . 7) feet
Southeasterly of and parallel with the Southeasterly
line of U. S. Highway No. 63, containing 4 . 64 acres .
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-
4" Multiple Residence District as above described.

That part of the East One-half (E'1) of Section Six (6) ,
Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) , Range Thirteen West
(R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of

Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast
Quarter (NEk) of the Southeast Quarter (SEk) of Section
Six (6) ; thence S 89°55' 10" W Six Hundred Forty-nine and
Fifty-nine Hundredths (649. 59) feet along the South
line of said Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NE
kSEk) ; thence N 1°14' 10" W One Thousand Four Hundred
Nineteen and Fifty-seven Hundredths (1419. 57) feet more

the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SEq) of
said Section six (6) ; thence S 0°13' 00" W One Thousand
