AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF COURT
AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IWOA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCILOF THE CITY OF WATEOG
as follows : RLIOWA,
That part of Court Avenue originally
Block 7 of Lakeside Addition that lies No plated ha-iy Lot 12
of a
line twenty-five (25) feet Northerly of anu normally
distant to the centerline of the existing railroad spur
line in said Lot, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
