ORDINANCE NO. 4328
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION WELLINGTON
COURT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IWOA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of the 20 ft. wide public alley in Block No.
5 of Miller' s Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, lying Southerly of the Southerly
line of West 4th Street and Northerly of a Northerly
line of now relocated West 5th Street, containing
2, 486. 3 square feet/0. 057 acres, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described property.

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: November 16, 1998
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: November 16, 1998
