ORDINANCE NO. 4329
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EAST-WEST
UNIMPROVED ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN
ADAMS AND WEBSTER STREETS, WEST OF HEWITT
STREETS, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IWOA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The sixteen (16) foot wide east-west alley that lies
between Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Block 5 in Rose Hill
Addition and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 18 in Block 5 of
Rose Hill Replat, , all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described property.

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: November 16, 1998
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: November 16, 1998
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
