ORDINANCE NO. 4330
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE PLATTED STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOWN AS OGDEN STREET GENERALLY
LOCATED BETWEEN ANN AND FULTON STREETS, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 50 foot platted Ogden Avenue Right-of Way that lies
North of the North line of Fulton Street, and South of
the South line of Ann Street, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: November 23 , 1998
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: November 23 , 1998
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: November 23 , 1998
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: November 23 ,1998
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
